Buy from Charity Shop. Charity Shop is 1/2 price, and can make a profit off of these items. It stocks 1 minute before other shops, so :02 and :07, every five minutes. |

Dailies |
Dailies are things to do on marapets. Each 'Daily' is at a given time during the day. If you click on Dailies either here, or at the top it's Dailies List, I have listed all the dailies that you can do in the first two rows of the page. You can gain a random amount of 'dough' or items when you do these dailies. |
Use the Dailies to gain random stats on your pets (Pick one for Battle Pet only) and to gain 'dough' of different currency on marapets, and sometimes items. Watch out though, some of the dailies have consequences for doing things. |

Posting on Forums |
Chatting on the forums can gain you marapoints each time you post. Make sure that you are not spamming on the forums. SPAM is Small Pointless Annoying Messages that belong in the Spam forum, where you do not gain marapoints from posting. This would include all the 'kick' 'pokes' 'bumps' that people post to bring the board back to the top again. |
These aren't as noticeable if you don't chat real often, but if you are chatting for a couple hours on the forums, you will notice an increase in the amount of marapoints you get. It's currently 60mp per post. |

DUKKA COIN SLOTS |
Playing the Dukka Slots you will win Dukka coins. You pay 2,500 marapoints per 10 minutes of game time play, but play it the entire 10 minutes, just keep clicking on Play Again until your time runs out.

The Dukka Coins are really good to get and sell off here, since their demand is high. You can also put them in your own Dukka Coin Exchange like I do and wait until you get a high amount of Dukka Coin and use Dukka Exchange to get a bigger Dukka Coin to sell in Price Check Forum. Clicking on the names of those two Dukka Coins will bring up a new page of it's Check Price.
You can also get Dukka Coins by buying Account Upgrades, through random events you can win different amounts of Dukka Coins, and from the Shop Search.
If you buy Dukka Coins off the Shop Search, make sure you are getting the best price. I would suggest to refresh there randomly, and see if you can find someone selling extra cheap. |

QUESTING |
Questing is a great way to win marapoints. If you plan on questing for the first time, please click on QUESTING and follow and read more about questing. It will tell you how much to spend for each quest, which quests you can do, etc. Make sure you know what you are doing before you make a decision about something. If you have questions, you can ask on the forums under Help And Assistance. There are always people there that are willing to you. |
There is an extra bonus to doing Elger Quests, and Knutt Knight Quests. Elger quests you can get crystals everytime, and Knutt Knight you can get randomly a Diamond. Diamonds are used for the Elite Gym in Lush Lake, and Crystals are used for the Regular Gym in Minipet Island. I save all of mine because I train my battle pet 'justincase' as often as I can, but you can sell these two items in your shop, Trades, Auctions, or Price Check forum. |

BATTLING |
If you are just starting out with Battling, please click the link for Battling and read the extensive guide on how to battle.
When you battle your one player opponents (gained by adding Trading Cards to your Battle Deck) you gain BP equivalent to the Health of the Opponent that you are battling. You can then use that BP to buy stuff off marapets, or sell that BP to other players using the Trades to exchange it for Marapoints. To find the going price for BP, post on the Price Check forum. |
To start Battling you need a couple of things, explained further when Clicking on the Link to Battle. You will need two wands attached to pet, trained pet, two weapons attached to pet, & Magic Stats. You can slowly gain these items as a goal to work for. Best Trading Card to get is Uayl as it's less expensive and great for those starting out. if you are losing in battle with him, wait and train some more at the Gym in Minipet Island. |

GOING INTO BUSINESS FOR MARAPOINTS |
Go into business and make your 'business' gain you marapoints.
Ex: Make Layouts, Avatar Lend, Make Siggies, Referrals, etc.
Of course your work has to be good quality otherwise no one will want your graphics, but it is legal to charge people to make them graphics. I would keep the prices low, because there are quite a few who do them for 5-10k and some that do them for less. In the end it adds up.

I avatar lend. I have every available avatar item lending possible, and when someone wants it, they just ask me to borrow that item. Keep in mind it does take a lot of time to lend from others, and you have to wonder what people are thinking when they are lending from you with some of their question. Do all lending through maramail so that you have proof that you are lending if they try to steal your item, because if your item is taken from lending, report them. Your item will be send back to you, and the person will be frozen. (Even if they sell, send the item, or do anything with the item, all items can be traced.)

The first times of playing a game, it's new, so don't send your score unless it's high, but practice if you like the game until your score is high or at least to the 1,500 marapoint point, then send your score. |

COLLECTING ITEMS |
Collecting items, only selling them later when they are worth much more and retired, is a great way to earn marapoints. It takes quite a bit of investment at first, but it's payoff is great. Certain activities (Ex: Easter Egg Hunt 2005, Christmas Advent Prizes for 2005, etc.) will bring new items that will quickly retire to marapets. After a while, their price will increase dramatically. Collecting a bunch of these items is always a great way to earn marapoints later on. (More profit in higher demand items (items that you use on your account like stamps, glowing eggs, books, etc.) |

You can go to Maradan shops and buy items and then sell those items in your shop for the going price on the Shop Search.
Make sure you are buying an item that you can make a profit off of.
Don't be in a rush. Check the Shop Search before you start restocking, and learn the shop that you are trying to restock from first before you start buying. |

Missions are a little tricky to make marapoints off of if you are just starting out, because most of them are for your pets.
Troll, Tarquin's Library are great missions, for example, but you have to have your pet to read all the books, and listen to all the musical instruments, so at first it's expensive, but in the end, it's worth it.
Blitzen should only be done by experienced well off members of marapets. It asks for retired items. I am one of those players and I failed at level 21 because I didn't have a very expensive item that NO ONE had on the site that they were selling. I would suggest not to do this one.
Ublish is good if you have a couple high Dukka coins to spare, it can ask for two rare stars that require a 100 Dukka and a 150 Dukka.

You can buy Account upgrades for marapoints too. Buying account upgrades also helps Ian run the site.
When you get your account upgrade, make sure you are patient in selling the items. There are a few that would love to have your items for half price, and will try to do so.
Post on the price check forum to find out the going prices of those items. When you know the prices, then negotiate to sell them.:) |
| Suggestion for saving marapoints: |
Someone suggested that you could save marapoints better if you don't have as many marapoints out.
This would mean putting your marapoints in the bank instead of leaving them out.
Harder to spend what you don't have.:) |
