Transubstantiation is for any costume change. Transformation is for the Best weapon on marapets.
How often can I do the Temples?
Each Temple area can be done once in a 24 hour period. You start one at 00:01 Marapets time on the 15th, then you cannot do the same temple until 00:01 Marapets time on the 16th.
